Today on the blog, another amazing collaboration with the super talented Sarah Rorvig! This time we were in Playa Langosta, Costa Rica and were lucky enough to shoot on location at perhaps my favorite little spot of all time, Sueño del Mar. Over the last 3 years in Costa Rica, I have been lucky enough to network with some amazing, like-minded individuals who not only share my vision, but consistently contribute fresh insights to my styled shoots.
Alejandra, our model, my muse, has always inspired me to push my photographic style in new directions. It helps that she knows EXACTLY what to do in any given situation and she is always up for anything!

Spartan Collaboration with Sarah Rorvig // Bellingham, WA
Last summer, international makeup artist, Sarah Rorvig and I recently teamed up for a styled shoot. We were looking to create an edgy collaboration that highlighted Sarah's talent with body paint. Hints of copper and bronze were perfectly accentuated in the long afternoon sun of Bellingham, WA. Our models, Joey Rose Cardoso and Lucas Caldwell certainly gave us a lot to work with as one of the last days of a Pacific Northwestern summer provided us a golden, shimmery afternoon.
